Phill Cronin’s passion and authority on Communication has been gained through 23 years experience from working within large corporations  in London and Perth and, for the last four years, has been researching and writing a book The Communication Game whilst also consulting.  Through his experiences in Sales, Business Development, Systems Implementation, Project Management and his involvement in building a number of businesses, it became apparent that everything we do involves communication and the number one reason for success is always through Positive Effective Communication.

In addition to running seminars and workshops on Communication, Phill also mentors and coaches individuals and is a successful facilitator and consultant to a number of organisations in order to improve both internal and external communication channels.

The programs have been developed from scientifically proven research, from the tried and tested psychology theories to the latest findings in areas such as Daniel Golemans work on Emotional and Social Intelligence.
