Part I (2hrs) - The Theory of Communication

In this session we look into what we need to understand to communicate our message effectively and how through Active Listening we can better understand the receiver:

           Listen without distraction to understand


Part II (2hrs) – Understanding how the Brain Communicates

This session looks into the affects of Non-Verbal communication. Understanding the science and the importance of: Body Language, Neuro-Linguist Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
